| From the junction of US-70 and NC-24 in Morehead, get on to Hwy 24 and drive 2.4 miles. On your left, you'll see a big green sign that reads, Whispering Pines Campground. Just past this is a Fuel Market gas station, a Dollar Dayz, and Chelsea's Pizza & Subs. | ||||||||

| From exit 306/306-B follow
US-70 for about 120 miles, through Clayton, Smithfield,
Goldsboro,
Kinston, New Bern, Havelock, and Newport. After leaving Havelock, drive 6.4 miles. You'll pass over railroad tracks, and the first stoplight you reach will be by the Bojangles and Food Lion. Go straight through this light and the next. At the third stoplight, take a right onto Hibbs Rd. Drive 3.1 miles to the stoplight at the end of the road. There will be a Shell Gas Station on the left. Turn right on to Hwy 24 and drive 2.4 miles. On your left, you'll see a big green sign that reads, "Whispering Pines Campground". Just past this is a Fuel Market gas station, a Dollar Dayz, and Chelsea's Pizza & Subs. |
